Welcome to this brand new service offering beautiful, useful and scrummy accessories to brighten up any wedding, party or event. We can of course provide beautiful completed table-centres for your function, but if you'd like to just borrow the bits and make them yourselves, that's okay too! Below are listed the myriad of items that we currently have available for hire, with information as to the quantity that we currently have in stock. You just need to add the flowers ... or ask us to, if you prefer.

Please ensure that you reserve your required items as soon as possible, as many of them are limited in quantity and VERY POPULAR!! See our terms and conditions below to find out how to do this.

Please note - we do not post or courier any of our hire items. They are for collection only, from our floristry shop in Dorchester, Dorset. See our terms and conditions for details of when they must be returned.

If you would also like us to supply you with loose flowers for you to create your own dream tables just let us know. We will need a full list of the flower varieties and stem counts for each.

Terms and Conditions

To reserve your required item, please call us as soon as possible on 01305 268878, quoting the item code. We will require a 20% deposit of the total hire value to hold the booking. The full payment will then be due two weeks before the hire date.

At this time we will also need a deposit cheque to the full retail value of the hired items. This is returned to you when all the items are returned undamaged. Any damaged goods must be paid for at the retail price before the cheque will be returned. We reserve the right to bank this cheque should the items not be returned.

The date that you wish to collect the hired items must be arranged with us in advance, but is generally up to 2 working days before the function (i.e. - from Thursday morning prior to a Saturday wedding).

Hired items must be returned to The Poundbury Florist shop at 2 Lydgate St. Poundbury DT1 3SJ by 6pm 2 working days after the event (i.e. - by 6pm on the Tuesday after a Saturday wedding) unless otherwise agreed. We do however ask that you call us in advance of returning them (i.e. - Sunday (voicemail) or Monday) if there are significant breakages so that we can ensure our ability to fulfil any subsequent bookings the following weekend.
